Returning the item
After telling us you wish to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the item to us. 

Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. No fees will be deducted from your refund unless the item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Faulty or not as described
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Proof of purchase
Please keep your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase when requesting a refund, replacement, or repair.

Who can return the item
Only the person who originally placed the order can make a return.
